| My name is Sebastian Bellofiore, a.k.a. DEUX. I was born and raised in Zürich (Switzerland) from italian and dominican parents. I started to develep a deep passion for music at the early age of 6, inspired by the greatest creative mind of the 20th century: Michael Jackson. At the age of 11 I had my first direct contact with the music world with the Rock/Metal band "Hypnosis" that later became "Infernal Requiem", following "Verdensrike".
''MC Deux is an up-and-coming young MC who has managed to surprise many of his skeptics, considering his premature age and his limited amount of experience in the hip hop community. The content of his lyrics are mostly Philosophical andbased on Reality. His style and flow are as unique as his self produced music. His multilingual ability (English, Italian and Spanish) gives his music a refreshing flavor unlike any other."
In the year 2006 I worked with various artists e producers like Schischwago, DJ S.I.D., Jakebetz, Meser, Jose DGC Prods., Yallzee, Le K, Systemania. In that same year also appeared my first videoclip to the 2005's song "Caro Diario" and on October I received a Nomination at the Diesel-U-Music Awards 2006 (international music contest) for Best Urban Act of the year being the first swiss musician to ever make the finals.
In the first half of 2007 my first discographic effort is release in form of an EP, composed by 4 tracks and entitled "Caro Diario EP". Critics rated it positively in Italy and in Switzterland conquering a spot between the Top 20 swiss hip hop demos of the year, according to M4Music Demotape Clinic 2008. Other appearances, such as on "The Saga Begins" ("Lifestyle") by Schischwago & Sylo, "Tubos de Ensayo" ("Tubos de Ensayo") by Rabasco and "Asphalt Themes" ("Mondo Surreale") by Quartz & Redbioul, are also release in this year.
The year 2008, inaugurated by the Demotape Clinic, brought other collaborations on "Say Yeah!" ("'A Guerra") by Systemania and "Horizont" ("Uf Und Ab") by Schischwago, followed by "Raptitud.Compilación" ("Este Es Mi Pais") by Various Artists, "FD" ("Cos'č Cambiato") by Marco Sage and "Almas" ("Amor por musica") by Vanki in 2009.

Marco Sage's debut album was released last Saturday October 3rd. It features a track produced by MC Deux and a featuring (on the same track) too. The song was recorded almost 2 years ago; a bit outdated but still worth a listen. Check it out under the discography section.

Finally, after 3 years we've decided to post that old video. Alleluya! For those who don't remember, I was nominated at the Diesel U Music Awards 2006 for best international / swiss hip hop act. Unfortunatly, I did not win the contest. But a reporter from bkanal.ch came with us to film the whole thing. So check it out (Renzo Rossi (Diesel CEO) and Skunk Anansie were there that night). Great stuff, nice memories. Peace.
